Robson heads to the seaside to visit the men and women who are helping to preserve the region's proud coastal heritage. Off the coast of Blyth, he is shown the ropes on board a 100-year-old tall ship. At Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, Robson discovers how the community choir are turning stories of the town's seafaring past into song. Finally, he heads to Druridge Bay to meet one of the region's last traditional blacksmiths.
