We are introduced to Desmond the Blue Dragon, whom is suffering from heartburn and doesn't want to do the Wicked Witch's dastardly deed to sabotage the Wizard's party and eat Dorothy. However, the flightless dragon causes some trouble at the party, until the Wizard extinguishes Desmond's heartburn.
