In the house-case, Trumpee and Snaree are asleep, in the same time, Drumba and Bone admire the starry sky. A few clouds pass by the moon and Drumba realizes that every time the moon reappears, we hear the echo of a deep and beautiful melody. On a hill, we can see Boe, an elegant oboe singing for the moon. After a moment, Grando joins him. Drumba decides to wake the children up so they can listen to this fascinating music. Maestro Nomo et Robo arrive, they take the children to the top of the hill, and they all meet the new meloditty.
