Lou (Lou Costello) is arrested for shooting a hole into a pail belonging to the next-door neighbor, Mrs. Crumbcake (Elvia Allman). His case goes to court and Lou, to his dismay, discovers that Mr. Crumbcake (Stanley Andrews)is the judge. Lou is thrown into jail and his cell-mate (Sid Fields) shows homicidal tendencies at the mention of the words...Niagara Falls.
