Nutsy tells the story of Blinky's recklessness at the mine in Wobbly Creek back in Australia. Meanwhile the Circus Bros. climb aboard a cruiser then steal the captain's helicopter to chase after the balloon, but they run out of fuel. Soon Blinky and the crew make it to Africa.
