Irwin and Betty find themselves in Las Vegas down to their last dollar. They get jobs at the Desert Inn Casino, where Irwin becomes a celebrity as a stand up comic, putting a singer out of a job. Irwin and Betty tie the knot and are on the run again after FBI Agent Fitch shows up in town. On the trail of the spaceship, Irwin and Betty end up in Area 51 where Colonel Wallace, the head of Operation Paper Cut, holds them captive. In Area 51, Irwin and Betty meet Irwin's fellow aliens, Gary and Skyler, whom he was sent to rescue. They all escape in a stolen cargo plane and end up in Los Angeles.
