The nine remaining teams travel from Fortaleza, Brazil to La Paz, Bolivia. The high altitude makes some of them struggle for breath as they square off against a wrestling group at the Road Block. An argument about a lost item of clothing carries on to the course as two teams battle to avoid elimination.
