S3 • E1 Mar 27, 2007Andy's pet turtle runs off to the City of Angels to be with his new girlfriend, who happens to be Hilary Duff. Distraught and with a new shirt, Andy follows his beloved pet to Hilary's apartment, where the two of them fight. Somehow, Ralphie sneaks into one of Andy's bags and makes his presence known, and this complicates matters further until Hilary moves out of the apartment, leaving it to Andy and his world of weirdness.
