Javier is an executive for a multinational company who has received a job offer he couldn't pass up. However, he is diagnosed with a chronic kidney disease that forces him to undergo dialysis for the rest of his life. In the midst of an economic crisis, Javier and his wife Alejandra decide to rent their guesthouse on Internet. Then, one day, after a great deal of hardship, they get some great news.
