There's bad heroin on the streets with a number of victims. Turns out the heroin is being passed through Hays End Prison where Zain Nadir is serving time. Jack reluctantly needs Zain's help to get close to Jason Forbes to find out how the drug operation works. The team especially Manson warns Jack that Zain can't be trusted. When a riot breaks out Forbes manages to escape.
