What takes up the most space in the body is the skeleton and muscles. With the help of X-rays, you can see the skeleton. In this program we get, among other things, know a little about what the bones are made of, and what kind of food we should eat to get a strong and good skeleton. Surrounding the skeleton are the muscles. When the muscles create movement in the joints between the bones, we move. We have muscles that control all the joints in the body.
