S31 • E6 Sep 25, 2017 30mRidge is pleasantly surprised when Eric approaches him with a solemn and sincere move: he wants to move past their conflict and instead focus on mending their father-son-relationship. R.J. appears and chimes in that his mom is meant to be with his Ridge. The three speculate about what Brooke will do. Wyatt and Katie take a break from their romantic evening to divulge to each other the latest gossip from their respective families. Bill makes a passionate plea to Brooke for her to forgive him for his misgivings. Fighting tears, Brooke argues that Bill claimed to have been a better man because of her, but he is the same man that had Ridge thrown out of a helicopter in Dubai. She loves Bill, but a part of his character frightens her and she cannot live on with it. Suddenly, Brooke removes her wedding ring, hands it over to Bill and asks him to leave. Later, Ridge and R.J. stop by at Brooke's house. They are stunned that she ended her marriage to Bill, but try to reassure her that she did the right thing.
