Another development irritates the lawyer, though: Brooke is fascinated by psychologist James Warwick who seems to be a genuine threat for Ridge's marriage to Taylor. She wants to meet the stranger. Meanwhile, James asks Taylor to not give up on their friendship, now that they are ending their doctor-patient-relationship. Taylor worries that James wants more than just a platonic bond and therefore explains that they cannot see each other anymore. James thinks that it is obvious that Taylor's decision is involuntarily. At Spectra Fashions, Anthony encourages Karen to step in as a model for him. He uses the occasion to fish more information about Macy's interest in him. Karen reveals that Macy seems smitten with him. Later, Connor stops by to show Karen the results of his AIDS test - eager to spend a romantic evening with his lover.
