Tin Chun follows Shiu Tai to make speculation in property market, however, the government suddenly announces that a fly-over will be built around the flat Tin Chun has bought. It leads to a sharp decrease in price. Shiu Tai knows the plan in advance and he has sold all his flats. On the other hand, Tin Chun has suffered a great loss and he owes a large amount of debts to the bank. In order to solve his financial difficulty, Tin Chun cooperates with Tony. He uses the ordinary glass instead of glass which has special treatment for the exterior wall of building in order to make greater profit.
