Beginning 25 years in the future in 2019, the former staff are putting fabulous lives on hold to meet for an annual event. Laura explains to her son why, which returns us to 1989, soon after the opening of the centre. It's only a few days until 1990, but the staff are snowed in with little food and water and no heat. How will they survive?
