He returns a day early and misses the red carpet welcome prepared by the staff. Colin suddenly remembers the unexploded bomb, but will he get to tell in time?

A Walk on the Wild SideGordon believes that a private right-of-way goes through the centre. Helen realises that she has two husbands. An outbreak of lethal diseases causes chaos. When Gordon denies the man in the "Face in the Crowd" poster his prize, the claimant goes to extreme lengths to prove it's him.

We All Fall DownBrittas organizes a week of fund-raising for Peace and Hunger featuring various sports marathons. Alas his emphasis on keeping to the rules makes many people's efforts invalid and pledged sums beyond sponsors' means. Tim discovers he's paid less than his colleagues and goes berserk, taking hostages and another desperate measure later on. The 'Olympic torch and eternal flame show' outdoes its own disaster potential, on TV.

Mr. Brittas Falls in LoveGordon organises a "Dolphin Day" at the centre, but a baby tiger shark is delivered instead. A teenage girl arrives for two weeks of work experience, and the staff believe she has been eaten by the shark. Opposed to the use of animals for personal amusement, Linda forms a protest rally outside the centre.

Snap HappyHaving a staff picture taken by a professional photographer while English Heritage inspector Hampries checks the building sounds easy enough. But Mr. Britas manages to start a chain of catastrophes, helped by Helen who takes her therapist's advice to get over her anxiety by taking a parachute course with the neighboring RAF. A pool event turns dirty, in a big way, due to contaminated sandwiches - a problem left for Gavin to solve.
