He's a peafowl who lives in Feathery Flats, he has plenty of feathers. Sally collects the feathers that have fallen out of Puranjay and discovers that each one has its own distinct job. But it's his tail feathers that are just jazzy and snazzy enough for her hat because they are the most fabulous feathers.
