To implement the plan Foma needs to apply for the Teacher of the Year competition. He is forced to return to school. Elvira is totally against this idea. The stakes are too high and Foma decides to deal with the obstinate headmistress once and for all. It turns out to be not the most difficult one. But it turns out that without Tanya, Foma's plan will fail. And to convince her that he is not using the common cause to try to restore relations is impossible. Sasha and Valya try to help Foma, but Valya thinks more about the relationship with his beloved.
