Dr. Yamatone's secret document "103", to be presented at the World Congress of Scientists, is stolen by Nazo's subordinate, No. 23. Takeru and Marie ask the Golden Bat to retrieve it, but Nazo intercepts it with his robot giant, Gegeorg. The Bat manages to infiltrate Nazo's Tower, but realizing that he cannot move without water, Nazo finally manages to lock the Bat in a powerful drying chamber. What will be Bat's fate?
