Doctor Yamatone is attacked and injured by Nazo's disc. Takeru and Marie, entrusted with important documents, flee to the laboratory of geologist Julie. However, Takeru is taken prisoner and Marie, with the documents in her possession, wanders into the deep forest. Nazeau has Marie captured by an old witch living in the forest and relentlessly pursues her to find out where the documents are. Fantaman is going to save her, when the monster Heedlo, messenger of the Youba, appears before him!
