Gluten Free WeekThis week, the remaining bakers must go gluten free. As part of the technical challenge set by Dean, the bakers are tasked to bake an orange and lavender gluten free cake in just 2 hours.
Pastry Week

Pastry WeekThis week the Bakers tackle pastry, with a technical challenge of retro swans, crisp and dry choux pastry delicately crafted into the shape of a swan.
