The Innocence Files looks at the 1991 drive-by shooting murder of Donald Sarpy in Los Angeles. Six days after the shooting police arrest teenager Franky Carrillo based on eyewitness testimony elicited by the police. Despite the lack of physical evidence Carrillo is sent to prison for twenty years.
