Arthur hires his estranged son, Cully, as a personal assistant in order to repair the rift between them. Even before he is hired it is apparent that his behaviour is abhorrent and he is totally wrong for the show. These things quickly become apparent to everyone - except Arthur - but nobody, not even Larry, has the guts to tell him.
