Sandra has a premonition of impending disaster and assumes it has come true when the kitchen goes up in smoke and she must call the fire brigade. Fearing that she may be doomed Carol moves back with her family, spreading panic. However it is when she returns to the flat with her goldfish in its bowl that Sandra realizes what the true disaster is.
