Introducing new character Zoe, initially a temporary resident after the hospitalisation of her grandmother. She believes strongly that she is not like the other residents, who are in her view 'only there because they're too young to send to prison'. Laurence is delighted at the arrival of a 'beautiful, blue-eyed, blonde' and seeks to win Zoe's affections.
