Karl Heller, the pompous new Six O'Clock News critic, criticises various aspects of life in Minneapolis. He takes Mary out to dinner to a fancy French restaurant where he gets into a fight with the waiter and the sommelier. The final straw is when he then criticises Ted and the entire Six O'Clock news team.
