Chao Min leaves Wu-chi for fear that she will involve him. Hut then they meets again. Tzu-jo is stimulated to see them and wants to commit suicide. Wu-chi promises to marry her.
Ching-shu grieves on the marriage of Tzu-jo and Wu-chi. Provoked by Tai-chong, he challenges Wu-chi to fight. Ching-shu refuses to listen to the explanation of Wu-chi. At last Ching-shu is defeated.
Chao Min is so sad that she cannot practise well. At the same time, she is puzzled for her father advises her not to fall in love with the Han.
