As Alara's strength decreases, due to a gravity syndrome, she returns to her planet on medical leave. Her parents see to therapy, and depart to their beach house. They notice a lurker, and end up held at gunpoint by the neighbours, who have an agenda. The Orville sets way to pick up an alternative therapy for Alara - one she could use on-board.
