It's deadline time at the paper, and reeling from a kick-ass concert and successful romance, a confident Alex is determined to prove he should have been chosen as top dog over Amanda. And judging by the amount of people who want him to edit their work instead of Amanda, he's not the only one who feels that way. Everything goes smoothly until Adam's quest to break the ad sales record leaves them with more pages than they can possibly fill up with stories — leaving their first deadline of the year in chaos.
