Despite losing her parents at a very young age, Aiko Miyata grows up well surrounded by her kind elder sister, Saeko, and her childhood friend, Yuma Yoshimura. Aiko has been dating Yuma, but has been unable to tell her sister about it. On the eve of her 25th birthday, Aiko is excited, thinking that Yuma might propose to her. However, she falls from the stairs and becomes unconscious. When Aiko wakes up, she finds out that Yuma has somehow married Saeko.
