He got the ticket because the car is registered to him, but it was actually Sadie who parked illegally and forgot to tell Sam about it. To make up for it, Sadie decides to hire an attorney to help Sam with his case. However she soon realizes that she can't afford an actual attorney, so instead she gets the next best thing... The Voice of Justice!

When Sam's co-worker Jimmy Biggs calls the house and tells Sadie about the money Sam won, she thinks he's a local gangster that Sam has teamed up with to rob the local bank in order to raise the money.

Every year Ralph gets stressed out reviewing Sadie's tax forms because of the unusual deductions she tries to claim. Sadie wants to get a different person to review their taxes this year so Ralph can take a much needed vacation. So when a college student comes to the door and informs Sadie that he's a C.P.A. doing volunteer work, she asks for his help. But this "C.P.A." doesn't stand for what she thinks it does.
