Today's episode is joyful and uplifting as I welcome actor, singer, producer, and television personality Kalen Allen, whose career has continued to rise since his viral online content led to a recurring guest role on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Originally from Kansas City, Kalen attended Temple University in Philadelphia, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre. He is also an active supporter of The Point Foundation, which empowers LGBTQ+ students to achieve their full academic and leadership potential. In today's conversation, Kalen discusses his experience joining The Ellen DeGeneres Show, his evolution in using fashion as a form of self-expression, what it has been like growing up in the public eye, and his dedicated work within the LGBTQ+ community.
