During Julian's earliest years in Jamaica, he studied under legendary reggae veterans, including the Barrett Brothers and Earl Lindo, while also drawing inspiration from his father. His path eventually led him to collaborate with the iconic Lauryn Hill. In the same tradition as his father, Julian is a devout Rastafarian whose music is deeply rooted in life, spirituality, and purpose. He joins me today to discuss his early life, what it was like growing up under the wing of his father's legacy, the moral and spiritual conflicts of our world today, and his profound love for music.
