Macy, a renowned artist, actor, activist, and strong woman, is no stranger to speaking her mind and acting on her words. The five-time Grammy Recording Academy nominee broke into the music scene in 1999 with the release of her debut triple-platinum album, "On How Life Is," and has since become a musical powerhouse of R&B and Soul. Gray has amassed a devoted global fan base and sold over 25 million total albums worldwide. Her latest album, The Reset, will be released in February 2023, promising fans a long-awaited musical exploration. Macy joined me to discuss the need for humans to be kinder to one another, the beauty in making mistakes and apologizing for them, and what her newest album is meant to teach the world. Tune in.
