Marcus is the host of HGTV's #TheRenovator, serial entrepreneur, and business tycoon. From humble beginnings of working at his family's automobile shop, to reshaping the automobile industry with Camping World, the nation's largest RV retailer, Marcus has pegged himself as one of the most successful businessmen in America. Marcus is now equally well known as a TV personality, beloved by millions for his acclaimed series, including #TheProfit and #StreetsofDreams. On October 11, 2022, Marcus debuted The Renovator on HGTV, where he will apply his business and life learning philosophies to home renovation. Marcus joined me today to discuss what it really means to start from scratch, that it is people that make a business successful, and the best ways to invest your money in this changing economy. Fun Facts: Marcus was born in Beirut, Lebanon during a civil war and was adopted by a Florida couple at nine months old. At the age of 12, he started a lawn-mowing service to raise funds to open a candy business. In 2008, was named Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year.
