Welcome back to #TheSimonettaLeinShow. Today I am so excited to close out 2023 by welcoming none other than the iconic Ice-T. Renowned as a multifaceted artist, Ice-T has left an undeniable mark on the entertainment industry. From his early days as a groundbreaking rapper, known for his raw lyricism and unapologetic attitude, to his role on the long-running hit TV series "#Law&Order Special Victims Unit," Ice-T has captivated audiences with his unmatched talent and charisma. Beyond his music and acting career, Ice-T has emerged as a prominent voice and activist of social issues, fearlessly tackling topics such as racism, police brutality, and the complexities of urban life. Not to mention, Ice-T has one of the most incredible and supportive wives in the world, my beautiful friend, Coco, who has joined the show in past seasons. Fun Facts: In this incredibly motivating interview, Ice talks about his newest special project - a limited edition vinyl box set that spans his entire career. I love this so much as he is paving the way for younger artists to GO BACK AND OWN THEIR WORK as we discuss streaming and OWNERSHIP of their own work. I discuss his long-lasting career, what goes into building a marriage with a strong foundation, and we even get a special hello from some last minute guests. My friend Coco and their beautiful daughter Chanel came in to say hi and ChanelN got highlights for the first time :) P.S. we film this a few days before the SAG-AFTRA strike finished so this episode is a GOOD LUCK CHARM FOR ALL.
