Fearing that he only has three more years to live, Homer takes the family on holiday to Florida where,after Homer has made a fool of himself at a rock concert,he accidentally runs over Captain Jack,the famous long-living alligator. The family flee but are eventually captured though when it transpires that the alligator is not dead,as feared,they are released on the condition they never return to Florida.
