A young woman in her high rise apartment is charmed by the window washer who flirts with her and mouths the words "Will you marry me?" She's flattered and flustered. He presses his business card against the window and tells her to call him. Suddenly his equipment seems to fail and he falls to his death. The team, while looking for the killer are puzzled by the lack of motive for the murder.
