The S.S. Tipton docks to New Orleans, Louisiana. Zack isn't allowed to leave the ship after Miss Tutweiler gives him a failing grade on his history paper and he is forced to re-write his paper, while Cody and Woody explore the city. Zack is soon contacted by the ghost of a steamship captain, whose death might not be accidental. Meanwhile, London and Bailey help Mr. Moseby overcome his fear of playing the piano in public.
