He has a state-of-the-art veterinary facility, but he also uses procedures that he has invented to care for the animals who come in. He has an excellent bedside manner for his four-legged patients and their two-legged "parents."

The vet must also perform delicate surgery on a chihuahua suffering from a neck deformity compressing its spinal cord - however, one false move could be fatal. Plus, a rescue dog with deformed front legs is brought into the surgery.
