Theo attends 6th grade, and has no friends. He has a tight-knit connection with his grandfather, Harald, so when he has a stroke just before Christmas, Theo's world fall apart. With the fear that he may lose him, Theo and the new girl at school, Simone, travel to the magic world Thannanaya. This sets of the journey of Theo and The Magic Talisman.

1. DecemberTheo is bullied in front of the new girl by his classmate MC. He seeks comfort at his grandpa's home, working on a wall painting of the realm Thannanaya. Just as the clock strike 3:45 PM Harald has a stroke.

2. DecemberTheo visits his granddad at the hospital, and they decide to get him out of there. Theo's mom can't handle taking care of her dad, so she hires a nurse, which doesn't go as intended.

3. DecemberTheo sits by the fireplace, when the clock strikes, and the talisman starts glowing. When he picks it up he's taken to the magic realm of Thannanaya. He's told that he can only pass if he brings a living memory.

4. DecemberSimone rescues Theo from one of MC's Christmas videos. Theo still needs to know what a living memory is, so Simone promises to tell him, if he does her math homework. Will Simone be able to keep her promise?

5. DecemberSimone is furious after Theo just left her behind, and she demands that Theo tell her where they were. Theo, still in need of the living memory, decides to visit Simone, to try to explain what is going on.

6. DecemberTheo decides to try to get to Thannanaya without Simone, which turns out not being so easy. Suddenly they stand in the middle of a cider mill, which creates some strange berries.

7. DecemberBoth Theo and Simone want to go back to Thannanaya, to see if they can catch up to Harald. Just as they are about to leave, Theo's family shows up. Should they try to create a diversion or try to explain what is going on?

8. DecemberFinally Theo and Simone manage to go back to Thannanaya. Before long they run into The Oracle, who is willing to answer. How do you figure out to ask the right question?

9. DecemberTheo is confused and about to give up. How is Thannanaya connected. Simone finally tells Theo about what has happened to her parents and why she is so eager to follow him to Thannanaya.

10. DecemberThe Faun is very eager to get Harald to hand over the talisman. Theo is about to give up, and when Simone adds some bad news, he loses all hope. Then Bjørn calls with some good news.

11. DecemberTheo and Simone manage to go back to Thannanaya, but soon get lost. Some strange powers are trying to prevent them from catching up to Harald. The Faun discovers that it's Theo who has the talisman.

12. DecemberWhen Theo and Simone have completed their visit with The Faun, and seen their regrets, they continue their journey. They decide to return to the cave where they've seen Harald, but The Faun appears to be everywhere.

13. DecemberTheo and Simone make good progress, and have almost caught up with Harald. Will Theo finally be able to bring him back or will The Summoner discover that they are living, and send them back.

15. DecemberTheo is thrilled that Harald is back and that his plan succeeded. Simone is still sad, since she hasn't met her parents yet. Theo doesn't want to go back to Thannanaya, but then they get news about MC being in an accident.

16. DecemberWith a guilty conscience, Harald and Otto sense there's something wrong with Theo. Otto says he would switch places with Harald any day. Theo decides to try to fix what he has done. Is he able to fool Thanna and return order to nature?

17. DecemberTheo and Simone's journey through Thannanaya continues and they are determined to find Harald without running into The Faun. The Faun and MC have other plans. They need to get the talisman to go back to earth.
