The band arrive in Phoenix flat broke. The only hotel they can afford is in the worst part of town. In an effort to improve morale, Monica changes the room assignments, forcing Alicia and Layla to share a room. This leads to a fight when Alicia accuses Layla of stealing from her. When Monica brings the band to a nearby gentleman's club to learn some tricks for the stage, Layla isn't impressed.
