Even the shelters that are doing it right sometimes need a helping hand. This week on "To The Rescue'' Tommy Habeeb teams up with the Bissell Pet Foundation to visit Franklin County Animal Control in Tennessee. With the help of Operation Freedom Ride, and the shelter's fearless leader, this patchwork team is determined to get a number of dogs out of the shelter and on to their forever homes. Meanwhile, we learn the story of Rowdy, a misunderstood border collie who finds his new purpose.
