The ghouls from Anteiku invaded Aogiri’s hideout in order to rescue Ken Kaneki, who was being tortured. Provoked beyond his limits, Kaneki unleashed a greater power and managed to defeat Yamori. Determined to become stronger, he decided to join Aogiri and leave Anteiku behind. Meanwhile, ghoul investigators also began making their moves, gathering information about the Eyepatch Ghoul — Ken Kaneki.
