Then the chefs need to make a dish that rivals Chef McEwan’s creation in the same amount of time – it is the reverse quickfire. For their Elimination Challenge, the chefs create canapés for a cocktail party in support of Canada’s National Ballet School. Guest judge is Canadian ballet star Rex Harrington.
