After the nasty incident on the track, Kendra gets advice from her mother about the best was she should respond. She wants to get the truth quickly. After Coach deals with the issue, Kendra still is at odds with Sasha. E9FrenemiesAs Thanksgiving break approaches, Coach prepares the girls for testing in the weight room and on the track. Midterms are in full effect and the girls prepare for school as much as the can. Sasha's family situation has changed and she has to do something she's never done before in her life. Once her secret is revealed, an awkward friendship surfaces and Kendra may finally see hope for their future.
