In 2004, Ivanych and Sashok upgrade to a brand-new yellow KamAZ, bidding farewell to their old rig. On their first trip, a group of four road bandits stages a collision with their own car and demands extortionate repair money. While Ivanych leaves to fetch the cash, the gang holds Sashok hostage. The situation takes a turn when a young woman appears on the road seeking help for her fiancé, who has stepped into a bear trap set by the criminals. One of the thugs accompanies her into the woods with ill intentions, but Ivanych arrives just in time to rescue her and free her fiancé. Meanwhile, Sashok manages to escape by commandeering the bandits' car and maneuvering it into a head-on collision with the truck. The gang is left defeated and empty-handed.
