Sisters Masha and Tanya are teachers. The idealist Masha has recently transferred to a new, most ordinary school. Tanya, more pragmatic and down to earth, works at a university. Dad, the Deputy Minister of Education, helps her daughters in everything, but they treat this differently: Masha is categorically against such "guardianship", and Tanya, on the contrary, is not averse to taking advantage of her father's connections.
