A series of murders occurs, attacking drug dealers from a drug syndicate. All the crimes are committed on stormy nights, and eyewitnesses call the culprit the Red Coat Killer. Will the mysterious blood letters left at the crime scene hold the key to the case? One night, the red coat killer attacks the dealers in the form of Hypnas...! Meanwhile, Kyosuke Agata and Asami, a married couple, are living a happy life. However, it was that red coat that was hanging at the entrance to their house.
