The renovation in Paul and Anita's flat is finished. Or is it? What began as an innocuous shower for Paul soon turns into a drench-fest for the Tans, and even the downstairs flat gets flooded. Its occupant, a lovable Scotsman by the name of Liam MacDougal, soon finds his way to Paul's flat, only to cause Denise to fall - twice. But Denise is confused about her feelings for Liam - is he a plague to be avoided, or the best thing that's ever happened to her? After Paul decides to fix it himself, they move on to fix other things, much to Dolly's anxiety.
